About Us

Providing healing, growth, and transformation since 1981.

Our History

Throughout the past 40 years, over 5000 people have come to The Farm seeking transformation and support. Wagner Hills started simply with a vision to help people on the road to recovery find a safe and life-giving place to work, breathe and escape some of their difficulties. This vision has blossomed into a thriving ministry through which thousands of lives have been transformed. The Farm equips people recovering from addiction with the safety and skills to grow, heal and lead successful lives after the program. Our compassionate staff and highly qualified educators work with our residents to develop a program that sets them up for success in their recovery journey. This program includes goal setting, skill training on the farm or in the office, professional counselling and a community that believes in them.

OUR MISSION

Wagner Hills is a place of healing, personal growth and life-changing transformation

for people on the road to recovery.

OUR Vision

  • To be a place of healing, growth and transformation for people recovering from addiction.

  • To be a place that honors family, faith and community.

  • To foster an environment of respect, compassion, honesty and integrity.

  • To empower people in recovery to make life-sustaining decisions.

  • To provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to people in recovery.

  • To use the practical work of maintaining a thriving farm to develop skills, encourage teamwork and create purpose.
